How to request deletion
Account deletion is not available as a self-service option in the app at this time. To delete your account, email us and we will process your request after verifying your identity.
- Send an email from the address linked to your account (or include the registered phone number in your message).
- Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
- Include your full name and the email or phone number associated with your account.
- Briefly confirm that you want your account and personal data deleted.
