Delete your account

If you no longer wish to use 360° Foodie, you can request permanent deletion of your account by contacting our support team.

How to request deletion

Account deletion is not available as a self-service option in the app at this time. To delete your account, email us and we will process your request after verifying your identity.

  1. Send an email from the address linked to your account (or include the registered phone number in your message).
  2. Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
  3. Include your full name and the email or phone number associated with your account.
  4. Briefly confirm that you want your account and personal data deleted.

We aim to respond within 7 business days. Once verified, your account will be scheduled for deletion.

What we delete

  • Your profile information, saved addresses, and account credentials.
  • App preferences tied to your account.
  • Personal identifiers we are not required to retain by law.

What may be retained

  • Order and transaction records needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. These are retained only as long as required and are not used for marketing.
  • Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify you.
